A randomized, double-blind placebo controlled cross-over study published in the Journal of Medicinal Food (Journal of Medicinal Food; September 2015 Volume 18:9 Pages 1042-1048) indicated that taking 450 mg of BiovaFlex® daily was associated with improved Range of Motion (ROM) in participant’s neck, back, hips, shoulders, and knees.
